Bishop Hartley utilizes a paperless system which is more convenient for our families. In addition to most of the back-to-school “paperwork” which can be completed online via Final Forms, Hartley also uses Final Forms for athletic forms and payments.
This year we are requiring a hard copy of the handbook acknowledgement, the technology agreement, and photo release consent form. Forms will be distributed to students during class meetings the first week of school.
If you are a new family, you will have to set up an account for each of your students. Returning families will find the forms for the 2022-23 school year in their existing accounts.
