Coach Alexander ‘12 is in his eighth year as Head Boys Soccer Coach, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience to the program. Under his leadership, the team has steadily grown in competitiveness and skill, winning multiple championships & bringing community awareness to the program.
Prior to his current role, Coach Alexander served as Assistant Boys Soccer coach at Bishop Hartley from 2016 to 2018. In addition to his Head Coach responsibilities, Coach runs & operates as a private Soccer training instructor, primarily focusing on Goalkeeper development.
Coach Alexander’s accomplishments have been recognized at both the district and state levels. In 2020, coach led the team to a district runner up finish, followed by a district championship the next season. In 2023, the boys team earned the OHSAA Team Sportsmanship Award. In 2024, Coach Alexander earned the District Soccer Coach of the Year, rounding out his very already impressive resume.
Before beginning his coaching career, Coach Alexander played collegiately at Ohio Dominican University. He also had the opportunity to train with the Columbus Crew on various occasions.
A proud Bishop Hartley alumna, he is devoted to giving back to the community that helped shape him. He strives to demand excellence, build a strong community and emphasize sportsmanship to all of the student athletes he coaches, aiming to build lifelong structure for young men.
