Coach Clem is entering into his first year as Head Boys Lacrosse Coach, bringing more than 15 years of coaching experience to the program. As Bishop Hartley launches its Boys Lacrosse program in the 2026-2027 school year, Coach Clem will lead the effort to establish a strong foundation, competitive culture, and a newfound tradition.
Prior to joining Bishop Hartley, Coach Clem served as Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Archbishop Hoban High School from 2010 to 2026. During his tenure, he amassed more than 140 career victories and guided his teams to consistent success, including multiple regional tournament appearances.
Coach Clem’s accomplishments have been recognized at both the district and state levels. In 2016 & 2018, Coach Clem was named the North Coast League Coach of the Year. In 2018, he was named Region 6 & Ohio State Coach of the year. He was honored with the OHSAA Award for Exemplary Contribution and Service in 2025 and received the Region 6 Man of the Year award in 2026.
In addition to Lacrosse, Coach Clem previously served as assistant coach for the Archbishop Hoban Football program. Coach Clem brings in great leadership, commitment and discipline to the Boys Lacrosse program.
