Administration

Leadership Rooted in Mission, Excellence, and Student Support

At Bishop Hartley High School, our Administrative Team is dedicated to ensuring that every student is supported and challenged to grow academically, spiritually, and personally. Guided by our mission to transform lives through the teachings of Jesus Christ within the Catholic tradition, our leadership structure provides clear, accessible points of support for students, families, and faculty.

Hartley’s administrative team is led by Principal Christopher Kowalski, supported by three vice principals who oversee the major dimensions of school life: Student Life, Academics, and Operations. This structure strengthens collaboration, enhances daily support for students, and ensures that each area of school life receives focused, mission‑aligned leadership.
