Girls Basketball

Coach Payer ’95 enters her first year as Head Girls Basketball Coach, bringing more than 18 years of coaching experience, including five years at the high school level.

Before assuming her current role, Coach Payer served as an AAU coach for eight years, working with athletes from the fourth-grade level through high school and focusing on the development of strong basketball fundamentals. In addition, she has 14 years of experience coaching grade school basketball, where she emphasized confidence, character formation, and skill development.

A proud Bishop Hartley alumna, Coach Payer is committed to forming faith-filled young women who play with purpose, lead with humility, and serve with heart. She believes the game of basketball provides a powerful platform for teaching life lessons, fostering integrity, and strengthening each player’s relationship with God and others.
