The Evening of Excellence dinner auction is held every spring and is Hartley’s largest fundraising event. The Evening of Excellence assists Bishop Hartley in continuing its educational mission within the community. Profits generated by the auction provide needed tuition assistance and merit scholarships to students so that they may achieve a quality education and success in the future.

In addition to helping fund critical programs at Hartley, the auction is also the school’s premier event offering food, friends, and finds in a fun, yet elegant evening. More than 300 people attend the event which is catered by Mustard Seed Catering. The “finds” come in all shapes, sizes and prices with silent auction items ranging from gift baskets to rare sports memorabilia and live auction items.

We invite you to purchase a table or tickets, volunteer in any capacity, make a donation, and/or sponsor the Evening of Excellence using the links above. Your reservation includes the dinner, open bar, and program. Prepaid checkout expedites your checkout. By designating prepaid checkout, you will be able to pick up your winning bids in the express prepaid line, collect your items and be on your way with minimal wait time.  There are many excellent benefits to purchasing a premium table or becoming a sponsor for this event.
