Before attending Bishop Hartley, I was a student at St. Catharine.
I'm involved as a Student Ambassador, a member of National Honor Society, and play softball and basketball.
I have too many favorite teachers at Bishop Hartley to pick one! I love stopping in to talk with Mrs. Howard whenever I pass her. I love waving at Mr. Blum who is always greeting students in A Wing. I love getting Mr. Phelps out in dodgeball. I love how genuine Mr. Wagner always is. I love how energetic Mr. Trimner always gets. Most importantly, I love Mr. Kortokrax because he happens to be the best dad ever.
My favorite class has been American History Junior year with Mr. Jahahn. It was the best part of my day, right after lunch. So many of my friends had that class and Mr. Jahahn did a lot of interacting lessons with students that made learning about history fun.
My favorite lunch is the calzone and I always get extra!
The thing I love most about Bishop Hartley is definitely the people here. The teachers take time to build connections and not just stick to the lectures. I love how happy my classmates have effortlessly made these past for years. I feel like the students here are really good people and I'm very excited to see all the amazing things that the people I go to school with will do.
Aquinas is definitely the best house...no question. Everyone in the house is so quick to participate in any way that will help the house out. Zach Adams volunteers to dress as an alligator, Maria Kelly does hulahoop, Luke V. answers trivia questions, and Jake Skelly plays dodgeball. Everyone always wants to be a part of what's going on in Aquinas and I love that.
