Prom 2019

Bishop Hartley’s Prom will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Jefferson Country Club (7271 Jefferson Meadows Dr., Blacklick 43004) from 7–11  p.m. Dinner is included in the ticket price of $60 per person. The buffet dinner offers many delicious items including chicken piccata, roasted red skin potatoes, green beans, salad, and rolls. A scrumptious cookie and brownie bar completes the meal on a sweet note.  Refreshments are also included and will be available throughout the dancing portion of the evening.

Tickets will be available beginning Monday, April 29 in the Cafeteria during lunch.  To purchase tickets, students must bring their payment (cash or check), the completed Permission Form, AND the Student Behavior Contract (on the back of the Permission Form).  If students are attending with someone other than a current Hartley student, they must also complete and return either the College Student Form (must be a Freshman, Hartley graduate) or Other High School Student Form as applicable. Sophomores attending Prom must also complete and return the Sophomore Permission Form AND a Student Behavior Contract (on the back of the Permission Form). We encourage you download these now and complete them so you are able to buy tickets. The forms are available below.
