Bishop Hartley High School currently hosts three major fundraisers annually in support of its development goals.

Bishop Hartley High School joined #GivingTuesday. Coinciding with the Thanksgiving Holiday and the kickoff of the Christmas shopping season, #GivingTuesday inspires people to take collaborative action to improve their local communities, give back in better, smarter ways to the charities and causes they support and help create a better world. Taking place November 29, 2016 – the Tuesday after Thanksgiving – #GivingTuesday harnesses the power of social media to create a national moment around the holidays dedicated to giving, similar to how Black Friday and Cyber Monday have become days that are, today, synonymous with Christmas shopping.
We are excited to announce that Terri’s Photography Studio (73 E William St, Delaware, OH 43015) will give a $500 gift certificate to anyone who donates $99 or more to our Giving Tuesday campaign. This will cover a deluxe session (in studio and outdoor portraits) and a $200 portrait credit. Please note that only donations in excess of the value of the gift certificate are tax deductible.
#GivingTuesday pledges support The Hartley Family Tree Fund. These gifts assist Bishop Hartley High School families in their most immediate needs. This Fund is a vital part of a comprehensive advancement program and sustains our school in key areas:

The Evening of Excellence Dinner Auction held in the spring helps to supplement our annual fund efforts. The Evening of Excellence assists Bishop Hartley in continuing its educational mission within the community. Profits generated by the auction provide needed tuition assistance and merit scholarships to students so that they may achieve a quality education and success in the future. In addition to helping fund critical programs at Hartley, the auction is also the school’s premier event offering food, friends, and finds in a fun yet elegant evening. More than 300 people attend the event which is catered by Mustard Seed Catering. The “finds” come in all shapes, sizes and prices with silent auction items ranging from gift baskets to rare sports memorabilia and live auction items including trips, tailgate packages and dinners with private chefs.
A very big thank you to the companies and organizations who have generously supported us in the past. Their support, and yours, has helped make our Evening of Excellence a success year after year! Please support them just as they have supported us.
