SENIOR PARENTS:

On April 23, 2010, Mr. Winters mailed home a letter with all the information you will need regarding senior exams, graduation practice, Baccalaureate, and graduation.  Please refer to it or if necessary you may download it below.


GRADUATION FEE DUE BY MAY 14.  A fee to cover the costs of graduation is due from each senior student at this time.  The fee is $60 and must be received in the school office by Friday, May 14.  Please pay the fee to our school secretary, Mrs. Sharon Samuelson. 

GRADUATION QUESTIONS  If you have questions about graduation that are not answered either by Mr. Winters' letter or the information here, please contact Mrs. Sharon Samuelson, School Secretary, at 614.237.5421 ext 211.

All tablets and accessories MUST be turned in and all fines paid by May 27, 2010 at 3:30 PM in order to receive your cap and gown.

FINAL EXAM WEEK

Senior Finals
A senior is exempt from the final exam in any class in which he or she has carried a B average or above each quarter, and has no more than seven unexcused absences in the fourth quarter, including the exam date exemption day.

Tuesday, May 25
Seniors attend Periods 1-5.
Exams for Periods 6 & 7.

Wednesday, May 26
Seniors must attend Periods 1-3.
Exams for Periods 4 & 5.
Dismissal following 5th period.

Thursday, May 27
Seniors must attend Period 1.
Exams for periods 2 & 3.
Dismissal following 3rd period.

Friday, May 28
Exams for Period 1.

SPECIAL NOTES

Caps & Gowns
Once the graduation fee is paid and all other financial obligations met (see Mr. Winters' Senior Parent Letter) your child can pick up his or her cap and gown from the School Secretary, Mrs. Samuelson, during graduation practice on Friday, May 28.

 

Graduation Tickets
Each student will receive seven tickets for graduation.  Should your family require more, we suggest you speak with other parents.   Underclassmen will not be allowed in on these tickets unless they are siblings.  Underclass students who wish to attend will need to get a special ticket from the main office.

Financial Reminder
It is the School Board Policy that unless all tuition, fees, library fines, dress code fines, lost textbooks, athletic uniforms, tablet computer and accessories, etc. are accounted for and paid in full, your child will not be allowed to take final exams or participate in any graduation ceremonies.
