ADMINISTRATION: FROM THE DESK OF pRINCIPAL WINTERS
Mid-year exams will be held December 18, 19 and 20th from 7:45 a.m.-1 p.m. Each exam is 2 hours in length. Time is built into the schedule for administrative duties and quiet review. No lunch is provided.
Christmas Break begins on Friday, December 20th at 1 p.m.--AFTER Friday’s last exam. Please plan your holiday vacation accordingly. Students may NOT take their exams early to accommodate vacation plans as outlined in the Student Handbook 2013-14.pdf3.56 MB. We return to school on January 6th. Winter Break is 16 ½ days. Please use this time for vacations.

Wednesday: Please make plans to pick up your children by 1:30 p.m. unless he or she is scheduled to be working with a teacher or in Notre Dame testing.
Thursday: Faculty Christmas Lunch—No tutoring scheduled.
Your student needs to be picked up by 1:30 p.m. unless he/she is in Notre Dame testing.
Friday: Your student needs to be picked up by 1:30 p.m. unless he/she is in Notre Dame testing.

With the colder weather here, the inevitable questions about dressing for the elements have arisen. Please take a moment to review the following information in regard to sweatshirts:
- Students may wear House sweatshirts any day.
- Students may wear Hartley pullover sweatershirts purchased from our bookstore on M-T-Th-F.
- Student may not wear Hartley team sweatshirts.
- Students may not wear Hartley hoodie sweatshirts.
