The role of the Bishop Hartley Alumni Association (BHAA) is to link the current school to Hartley's past and to provide support for Bishop Hartley's students, faculty, athletes, coaches and alumni. Within the framework of Hartley's identity as a school of faith, preparation, community, service and spirit, this support comes from our association in the role of specific fund raising efforts -- gifts and pledges to the Alumni Scholarship and Tuition Assistance Fund (student support) and the Bishop Hartley Capital Campaign (campus and facility support). It also comes through our organization or participation in school community events, such as Homecoming and Graduation
The Bishop Hartley Alumni Association (BHAA) Board is comprised of:
The Bylaws of the BHAA define each of the roles of the leadership team.
Class Representatives Currently there are ten representative positions, spanning Hartley's alumni population. The responsibilities of class representatives are to attend three executive board members yearly; attend three alumni meetings yearly; and assist with alumni-sponsored events and programs when available. Enjoying time spent with other alumni is a perk!
