ENGLISH TEACHER

Bishop Hartley High School, Columbus
Position:  English Teacher
Full Time/Part Time:  Full-Time
Must be Catholic:  Preferred

Bishop Hartley High School, located at 1285 Zettler Road, Columbus, OH, is seeking qualified candidates for a teaching position in its English Department. Candidates must possess an appropriate Ohio teaching credential (7-12 Language Arts or English), have had or be able to pass FBI and BCI background checks, and have attended a Protecting God’s Children training.  Candidates need to have experience in teaching written composition, particularly in writing research, as well as a working knowledge of classic and contemporary fiction and non-fiction.

Bishop Hartley High is a co-ed college prep school serving the neighborhoods and adjacent suburbs of central, south, east, and northeast Columbus. With an enrollment of about 675 students, Bishop Hartley has a 100% graduation rate and an average of $15 million in academic scholarships awarded in the last four years.

PHYSICAL SCIENCE TEACHER

Position:  Physical Science Teacher
Full Time/Part Time:  Part-Time

Bishop Hartley is accepting applications for candidates to fill a part-time Physical Science position for the 2018-19 school year. Candidates must have an appropriate Ohio license, FBI and BCI clearance, and be willing to attend the workshop on child safety, “Protecting God’s Children.”

Bishop Hartley is a co-ed Diocesan Grade 9-12  high school serving the families of east, northeast and southeast Columbus and the adjacent suburbs. Our enrollment is currently 680 students with a 100% graduation rate; the last three graduating classes averaged $14 million in academic scholarships.
