Parents and guardians are asked to complete all forms as soon as possible. All the forms can be found on Bishop Hartley's Final Forms page. If you haven't utilized Hartley's new system, it's easy to get started. The system can be accessed from any device (smart phone, iPad, tablet, desktop computer, laptop, etc.) with Internet access.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
1. Go to https://hartley.finalforms.com/
2. Click REGISTER under the Parent Icon and follow the directions.
Not sure if you have completed all of the forms? The on-line system also keeps track of the paperwork for you and you can quickly see the status of each form with the convenient color-coded system. The administration will begin contacting students and families who have not completed the forms very soon. Please do not delay the completion and submission of these important documents.

House Parent Organization Seeks Volunteers
Parent involvement in the House Parent Organization (HPO) is an important component of the House System at Hartley. Just like every student is a member of a House, every parent is a member of the House Parent Organization. The HPO is looking for parents and guardians who are interested in serving as House Mentor Parents and/or assisting with any of the exciting and fun events supported by the HPO.
With the help of Sign-Up Genius, getting involved is easier than ever. Click HERE to go to the list of volunteer opportunities at the various events and activities scheduled for this year. Click HERE to sign-up to assist the HPO Leadership Committee by being a House Mentor Group Parent.

Important iPad Information 2014-15
PREPARATION FOR iPAD USE
All Bishop Hartley students (grades 9-12) will be assigned individual iPads to use during the school year 24/7. Use of these mobile devices for organization, learning, research, and communication will prepare our students for real world experiences in both college and career. Students will have access to selected online sites, textbooks, notebooks, homework assignments and their grades (through BrainHoney, our student learning system).
